| Through lecture and hands-on labs, students will learn to build and maintain relational objects with and without using the "jet" engine. Students will spend time developing more involved database applications using Data Controls and direct data access. The "Jet" Engine is used as the DBMS for this class. | |
| AUDIENCE | Individuals with a working knowledge of Visual Basic objects used to create GUI applications with the need to develop database applications on a PC. Students should have a working knowledge of the PC environment and Basic programming language, a conceptual knowledge of relational DBMS and completed Visual Basic Introduction Workshop with less than 2 - 3 months' hands on exposure to Visual Basic. |
